It was a hollow apology that failed to address any of the larger concerns. At least some of the people that were involved in signal boosting a page that features abusive and illegal content were absolutely aware of what they were doing have seen no consequences. The "mistake" was that they misjudged the backlash, not that they had their AMA on 8chan and continued engaging with the people there. That was completely deliberate.

We went to a water resort and stayed for a couple of nights with the kids. This is actually my first time ever at an indoor water park. Cue my astonishment at the number of obese men and women AND kids. This is not fat shaming anyone but it felt surreal, and actually something from Wall-E. I would say that 90% of the people there were overweight with only a tiny slim percentage being in a healthy to good shape. Is this your experience in these resorts as well? Or does this vary by different indoor venues? Anyway this is incredibly worrying, especially the kids.

Here are the 3 things you need to do everyday

1). Do not eat after 7PM
2). Drink warm water with Honey and Lemon
3). Walk/Run and do planks for 30min

This is IT. Its not even a rocket science. So it makes me even more sad when I see people who can't even put this much effort in themselves

Education, money, entertainment. All this should be secondary things. Health HAS to be and SHOULD be your top priority. Without good health NOTHING matters.
