If you really need more than that, then:

c) The whole "signal boosting" "cancel culture" virtue signal antics element is already repugnant on its face.
d) Free speech is not endorsement of speech.  A site with free speech policies does not endorse everything said on it.
e) The site is hosted in the US, if it was a childporn ring as opposed to a place on the internet where videos and pictures can be posted - like a bazillion sites including forums like TheBore or ResetERA - it would be shutdown for y'know, the highly illegal child porn.  If someone were to post child porn on TheBore, which is possible, the FBI wouldn't go after Demi or blame Demi, because of course they wouldn't.

...but if I had to play Devil's advocate, the person he's talking about is a public figure, and if Steven Crowder's commentary (which are comprised of very short snippets casually-mocking him) fall beyond the scope of what is allowed, if you extend that same process to other videos I imagine there are also thousands of content creators who criticise and insult right-wing figures (such as Donald Trump) that would also need to be removed. If they give in to demands to ban THQ, then the mods would have to consider banning a whole list of things that rankles their users' feathers. They would have to ban CDPR, which they would never do as being the one prominent forum that doesn't allow for Cyberpunk 2077 discussion would be a traffic killer. They would have to ban Youtube/Google. Imagine not being about to link to YT videos or use Google links. They would have to ban Twitter. And those are just off the top of my head.

The list of thing Reset users want to ban grows weekly. The mods are actually being smart in not giving in to the calls to ban shit. It would kill the forum and make it as unprofitable run as NeoGAF is today.
