One of the two here is sorta like that, 99 Banh (quick google tells me they renamed recently to 999 Oriental Market

). They have groceries, appliances, some clothing and shoes, and a restaurant in there. Talk about efficiency.
Plus it's the #1 stop in the city for preserved mudfish, i guess

The other one, Talin Market, has like 10 different countries of food and a really good viet bakery and sandwich place inside
