Why not pretend that the Warsaw Pact never ended and party like it’s 1983?
SFOR and KFOR never managed to bring the former Yugoslavian states closer together than them giving each other 12 points in some crummy voting process.
Why hold an expensive referendum when you can use music to tell the EU what you think of it?
Naming a nationalistic Ukrainian song the winner will do more to Russia than any sanction.
