I'm still in bed, but just want to clarify a few things here.

We have an appeals process. We don't mention the member of the staff member responsible for a ban, because no sole staff member is ever responsible. No one is banned by a moderator, but by the moderation team. The staff work together as a team, on most everything. You can mention the name of those sites, most users just find it uncouth to do so and choose not to.

Most of this has always been publicly documented under our General Guide to ResetEra, which is always available, through the announcements, or at the bottom of every page, through the FAQ link.

Addresses none of the actual problem tho. 

But I like that it starts out with him literally being tired.

I want more than just an implication and assumption because it will communicate to me and probably more people how willing they are to admit fuck ups and change going forward. Assuming their guilt is just going to close doors rather than opening them.
