It was a multi paragraph post two minutes after the other mod post closing the thread. I don’t know anything about XenForo but if it works like old GAF a locked thread does nothing from stopping a mod from posting. It used to happen to us all the time where one person would get to work crafting an actual reply while anothe mod would take a quick glance and say “this thread sucks I’m locking it.” And when the first person submits the reply they aren’t warned that the thread is locked already.

This thread is just active and thus something that catches my notice. In general I’m just not active. Designing systems is engineering. But designing systems is not writing code.

Writing code is more like writing prose than any possible real world engineering analogue.

Agile is also 100% diametrically opposed to pretty much every traditional aspect of real/hardware engineering.

Adding the word "Engineer" to Software creation profession has always been weird to me because we are not building physical machines or structures like a traditional Engineer

I do architecture, framework development for local in house front end devs to use, infrastructure as a service design, containerization design and more. As a guy from Poland, I can say this - Show is hated in Poland because of "black elfs", most popular meme from this show is "Driads from Brooklyn". You go on any polish movie site, forum, facebook etc. You will have hard time to find something that isin't racist or positive. Most popular opinions are that show wipe a butt with books and that diversity attack polish culture.
So take a guess why game made by bunch of polish people about polish books isin't diverse. Also add that they take funding from gov that after saying "LGBT is a attack on polish family, make poland gay free" get additional 5% in the poll and And wins election by like 30%.
