No, he didn't serve all of it, which is normal. But because he didn't meet his probation requirements they stuck him back in for the rest starting in July or something like that.

In this case, there's an extra factor. Because of Megan's Law he can't just go wander off, he has to report an address and check in. If he say, committed manslaughter, he could eventually. But as a sex offender he has all kinds of additional rules.
