It's funny you mention it, because I was in Bris last month to see Tom Segura, and I actually went to that Hungry Jacks and one of the employees was...I mean i'm no psychologist, but the guy either had a mental illness or was severely high, he just kept talking and talking to us even though me and my friend must have mustered up every ounce of "please go away" body language we could conjure. If you eat there regularly you probably know the guy, he was that kind of guy.

No one with any sense actually eats there, but I don't think you would find a single person in Brisbane who hasn't said, "meet you outside the Hungry Jack's in the mall".

It's not a competition. You can care about it all and fight them simultaneously.

I've been thinking about making a new graph, but I'm conflicted. The plan was to make the chart China themed because of Disney's obvious attempt to court china this year, what with a Mulan Remake, an Animated Movie set in China and no Star Wars movies being released this year.

Catch is, with the Coronavirus going about, would that be seen in bad taste? Espicially if I do it for the year and the Coronavirus get's worse. I dunno.

Not sure if I should be posting it here.

But anyways a couple years ago I was dating this girl, we met in a beach club and just instantly connected. I was definitely attracted to her physically but most of all I just loved listening to her. We shared a ton of common interests and the first couple times we saw each other we would just talk a ton. Then we kissed and etc. But it was probably the slowest I ever took it with a girl, because it really wasn't necessary.

So the first time I met her and asked what she did for a living she said she was a flight attendant. But the night we were getting ready to get intimate with each other she told me she was actually a high class escort. This of course threw me off, though not in the frowned upon way more like why didn't you say that from the start. She explained that she just really liked me and was scared that first few dates that telling me would scare me off but I had to know before I would share a bed with her. I mean it made sense and that night we ended up talking, just about her job and everything involved with doing that. But I was getting scared that everything up until that point was untrue, I mean she's trained in finding stuff to talk about. I told her that and she instantly showed me stuff that confirmed that wasn't a lie.

So I decided I could mentally handle just dating her. And stuff got pretty weird looking back on it. Like we would message/call each other while she was with a client abroad. Sometimes it would be quite funny, sometimes it would make my stomach turn. I would always make sure I wouldn't get too many details like names etc. Just because I didn't want to know first, and also I didn't want her to take a risk on me. Like it of course would be a sign she trusts me completely but she shouldn't have to tell that. So this one time she was two weeks in the US with a client, and 10 days of that trip she would be in an area with almost no service. This was disclosed to her before the trip and she had been with him a couple times. This was five months into whatever it was we had going on.

So the trip happened and I must say she was more on the grid then I expected. So 4 days in a got a message where she would complain the client's snoring would keep her awake until she literally couldn't keep her eyes open, but then she would be woken up by him a couple hours later because he had to tell her that he was quickly going to an area with good reception to call his wife and that would happen every day. When they client left we would call each other, ended up laughing about the situation, but I could definitely feel she was feeling less comfortable than usual. Then around the 10th day I got the message she got in the a big verbal fight with him (because of the time difference this would be early in the morning for me). I replied back an hour later (because I was sleeping) and didn't get a response for 12 hours. Needless to say these were the longest 12 hours in my life. Eventually she got back to me, told me she ended up making up with him and they were now on their way back to the city where the airport was. The night (again for me early morning), she called me from the hotel lobby and I could definitely hear she was intoxicated. She would keep saying she didn't want to go back, that she had been crying under the shower every day, and she just wanted to go home. While we were calling the client would keep calling her and eventually we hung up and she went to him. But that really was the moment that broke me.

When she got back she was a bit more distant, I think because she never had opened up so vulnerable to someone else. I was just with her that night, just talking about bullshit. When she got into her pyjama's I noticed a big bruise on her left buttcheek. I didn't ask how it got there. But the next day I did tell her how I felt during those two weeks and that it took a heavier toll on me mentally than I was expecting. That I was beginning to feel too much for her. And then we got back to one of the earlier conversations after she told me what she was doing for a living and she reminded me that she just wanted to do this till her 30th birthday. That yes this trip sucked but still, she earns a ton from men that have way too much, and she gets to see the world. But also that she had been thinking about giving this up for me, but ended up concluding that she would regret it probably and take it out on me. So I told her fair enough and that it would be better to let each other go.

Well 7 years have passed and she turns 30 this year and 7th of February I got a message from her "Hey sweetheart, I hope I this doesn't scare you... but how have you been?". And my mind has been spinning ever since. I haven't responded yet because I just don't know if I want to. On the one hand because how those last two weeks with her were an emotional rollercoaster. On the other hand, let's say we do get back together and she stops etc. While I have a good paying job and some other stuff that earns me money I'm not close to in the same ballpark as the clients she has. Like I cannot just go to the Maldives for two weeks, basically what I'm going for what if I just end up boring her.

I guess I just had to get this off my chest. It's literally all I can think about for the past week.
