I'm just so disappointed with this game's art direction. It's like it wants to be SoulCalibur in 2D, which is a bit ironic. It wasn't so bad at launch, but they just keep piling on with the bikini fighters DLC. It's pretty clear SNK is no longer the same company it once was.

...The two DLC character designs they are reeeeeeeeeeeeeee'ing over are essentially the same designs as the games the characters last appeared in 14-15 years ago.

Well, that Tifa sexualization discussion in the remake thread was certainly something. Because the game has a talking lion-dog, a guy with a gun-hand and another guy with a huge sword, Tifa's sexualized look fits right in and shouldn't be critiqued. I feel like one of those is not like the others.
