I've already accounted for this. Every successive administration packs the courts until the integrity of the judicial becomes compromised and we're forced into a constitutional crisis during which we can hope to update some of its more flawed concepts (lifetime appointments, Electoral college).Also dovetails nicely with my plan for revolution.
