My theory:

Trump gets what, tested multiple times per day? I think he knew he had it Tuesday and did the debate anyway, and did the showing he did because he wanted to appear "strong", then decided to go until he basically couldn't hide it anymore, which started yesterday at the fundraiser, then released this announcement of it shortly before midnight on a Friday. My guess is he is quickly heading into bad territory with this thing.

If we don't see him on camera, to me, it's a clear sign that he is not doing well at all. We didn't see him, minus one small thing for over a week after his Walter Reed visit if I'm not mistaken.
