As a woman, I often say men are trash. I have male family members and my partner is a man. I also have male friends that I cherish. Do I think they're trash? No, they've supported and loved me and I have and show a lot of gratitude toward them. "All _ are trash" when used against a group with systemic power that they currently and have historically used to abuse and oppress marginalised groups does not mean that every single person from that group is trash. It's talking about a group in power with generalities, it's a cry of frustration and social commentary from an oppressed group towards their oppressors.
