I'm not American, so maybe I'm missing the full context to this. But supporting one of the two largest political parties in your country doesn't seem like suitable grounds to force someone out of their company like that. It would be different if he donated to the KKK or something, but his was an extremely mainstream belief to "cancel" someone over. If I decided to only consume media created and produced by people whose politics I agreed with, I'd be in for a lot of research and a miserable time.

Maybe the US government should add the results of all the tests to a register of some kind so they can track all of the black people. Maybe even design a symbol that black people could wear on their sleeves to show all the yts who they are. They could even designate whole areas of cities as places where all the black people should live.
