He was hated before GamerGate was a thing. He was an asshole even in that Documentary he was on. It is just that the Indie dev circles at those days were so tight that even grifters as Brianna Wu still have some rep because she made a shitty game. So the narrative that he was harassed out of the video game industry (I think he was legit hacked or something) because Gamergate rather than he being a cunt with other cunty friends in the inde scene.

The current thread title feels like it's purposely designed to make people think of Christopher Judge and that shit isn't cool.
