Will this be added to the ToS or at least added as a threadmark?

There are a few things that are site policy but missing from the ToS (like the ban on advocating for banning topics) and it feels somewhat unfair to have rules you have to hunt around to find. It makes sense to have them all in one place.

This new policy is an unthreadmarked post (at time of writing) on page 177 of a thread the majority of posters don't check on a regular basis. The chances are if this is the only action that is being taken a lot of people will get warnings despite never having a chance to see this post

It's almost like these decrees are made to be selectively enforced.

Like despite even mentioning the existence of Hogwarts Legacy being bannable, this rule is nowhere in the TOS, even though it includes a list of explicitly banned games.

Has anyone ever written a good explanation on how this "reclaiming" shit is supposed to work if everyone keeps using it as an insult against the same people? The only one I've ever seen make sense is how queer was "reclaimed" in the UK (and only the UK) because they specifically took it from an insult to using it pridefully. (This was before everyone on Twitter decided they were queer.)

I think we've covered this in this thread before, but 'Punk' has been reclaimed, because in historically held the same connotations as 'cigarillo' (and the same etymological derivations) - eg getting punked out in prison or whatever.

In the UK and Australia, its not routinely used as a specifically gendered insult, just a high escalation slur (eg mother fucker).

You know how everyone likes to laugh (or be disgusted) at Xenoblade 2 character design? Hope you didn't watch the superbowl half time show, this could almost be DLC for the game. Perhaps the setting matters more than I'm giving it credit for too. Having a random playable character looking like that going in to battle is a million times worse than having someone who's putting on a show do it, maybe it's not even really an issue in a performance and I'm reading too much in to it? It's certainly more cringeworthy in a game setting than in that concert, the concert seems more acceptable.
