Finished my first playthrough (was set to Hardcore), what a fantastic game.  I was of the mind that RE4 didn't need a remake and I'm so, so glad they did it anyway.

The remake versions of Leon, Ashley, and Luis are leaps and bounds better than the originals IMO, and as someone above said this is taking into account OG Leon's iconic status.  Going to do Assisted to grab the Clockwork Castellans I missed, then I'll probably try Professional.  Going jacketed Leon to finally right the wrong that the OG never fixed.

And I had to set Ashley's sweet, precious smile as my new avatar haha.  New Ashley is too good for this world.

I think a similar thing happened to Caroline flack here in UK a British TV presenter who was arrested on suspicion of hurting her boyfriend when I think she was actually harming herself

The media tore into that case and sadly she ended up committing suicide weeks later you could say she was already suicidal but I’m sure this stuff added to her pressure

Mastiffs and dobermans are also dangerous : ban guns and they'll use cars/bombs/knives

I have always loved how they can't resist banning people for pointing out their logic/arguments is similar to other logic/arguments.

Just picturing the staff members, at least three, gathering around to discuss the banning and all of them are like NUH UH IT'S TOTALLY DIFFERENT AND I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO EXPLAIN WHY before they unanimously vote to ban the person.

Tech ethics organization Center for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Policy filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission on Thursday, asserting that Microsoft-backed startup OpenAI's recently introduced ChatGPT-4 product violates federal consumer protection law. They have urged a halt on all new generations of artificial intelligence chatbots by OpenAI for commercial deployment.

In a complaint to the agency, CAIDP asked the FTC to investigate and suspend further deployment of OpenAI's commercial products until the research firm complies with the FTC Guidance for AI products.

The complaint comes days after Elon Musk, Steve Wozniak, AI pioneer Yoshua Bengio and others signed an open letter calling for a six-month pause of new AI chatbots more powerful than ChatGPT-4.

Tech investor David Sacks recently revealed: "There is mounting evidence OpenAI's safety layer is very biased... If you thought trust and safety were bad under Vijaya or Yoel, wait until the AI does it."
