i found the movie hilarious.  but i can understand the hate for the people yelling while the credits were rolling.  That probably has more to do with the average age group of the people that went to go see it.

Eh, Judd Apatow I feel has basically saved the comedy movie genre (to be exact the r-rated variety). He has taken the r-rated raunchy comedy niche and turned it into a blockbuster that is critically adored by the old elitist film critics and the college kids. Which is a fucking amazing feat.

You get the 25 year old idiot guys and the elderly critics agreeing a comedy about sex is one of the top best films of the year.

That is part of the disturbing trend of posters thinking like a company, instead of thinking like a hobbyist or a consumer.  Another was about DVD format being 360's greatest fault.  The only type of people I could see really bitching about that is maybe cheap devs who don't want to spend for two discs, and charge the same price of being one game... but that has nothing to do with being a consumer.  There's much bigger concerns for a consumer with 360 than a game being on two discs.  And there is much bigger concerns than an already richer than thou company not getting money twice for the same individual piece of product, but lo and behold, GAF is simultaneously socialist politics and corporate sympathizer.

I don't think it's so much that as it is people supporting companies they like.  Considering how much bitching occurs when a good game sells like shit, it makes sense too.  I don't see it as "omg, i fucked over EA by buying this 20 dollars cheaper and used", I see it more like "I love SMT games and I should support what they make so they can continue making those games."  I don't see it as an obligation, but more as common sense.
