I think people have different definitions on what a "legendary IP" would be. I think the only one that could be considered this gen is Gears of War. Uncharted is a great game, and I actually do enjoy it more than Gears of War, but it is in no way a "legendary IP".

What is the underlying Uncharted love? I don't quite understand how it fits into all the system wars stuff. I mean it looks really good, but there's nothing about the game that makes it a AAA franchise. Why don't PS3 fans latch onto Motorstorm? Now that is a legendary IP.

Not sure. It's a well designed action game that looks real good, plays real well and has generally rather high production values. But the "awesome fucksome wowsome" shit made me want to troll it, really. If people could have enjoyed for what it really was, a good pulp action adventure game, instead of giving it qualities that I don't think even Naughty Dog intended for it to have, things would have been a lot more tolerable.

The people I know who worked at Incog during the Warhawk debacle all left, to Sony studios and other studios. Whatever the case though, there is no way Incog itself could be developing a game right now, unless it was rebuilt nearly from scratch. I guess as long as they have Jobe, whatever project his guys are working on is in good shape.
