I remember feeling quite confused in that thread. Depictions are a hazy area. Does loli literally mean a depiction of underage sex? Is there a difference between a creepy weird hand drawn manga style comic and a tasteless drawing of bart and lisa simpson (as that australian dude went down for)? Like I said in that thread, I've drawn Mario raping Toad. If Toad were an underage fictional character, should I be jailed? I would agree that content that conveys underaged people with the intent of pornographic / sexual arousal is of great concern and people should maybe be monitored... but in the same breath, sometimes its just stupid lines on 'paper' (virtual or real) - I also agree with the free speech argument that the indefensible should be defended where a clear crime isn't committed. People are fuckin' weird in any case.
