The stupid thing is why ask the people who bought your games what you want to do? Shouldn't they be asking people who DIDN'T buy their game?

Really, all that thread will be is insomniac fan fegs asking questions about R2 DLC, Spyro and other garbage.

What he should have done is made a thread asking why people bought COD5, GOW2, Far Cry 2 etc... instead of R2. And probably not even said who he was.

Still he's targeting the wrong group

I also have to ROFL at all the people wanting their next game to resemble Uncharted, a game that hardly set the sales charts on fire. I'm assuming they're asking people here because they want a big hit, otherwise they'd just pinch out another Resistance or Ratchet & Clank.

The reason why R2 sold less than all of those is that it's a PS3 exclusive.

Yeah but sequels to a flagship franchise shouldn't sell worse than the original. Considering how the only other competition was Little Big Planet (which can now be considered another bomb), R2 should be selling much better than it is currently.

The Resistance games are touted as a flagship franchise on the PS3, so I just go along with it and consider it one. As is Motorstorm, which was another big powerful franchise in the making that tanked hard.

That thread is why Amirox's quote today towards me and Chip ("It is easier to say that than to take a critical look at themselves") is so fucking ridiculous. The entire thread consists of people telling Ami how offside he was acting, and he never once showed any indication of understanding or reassessing his actions.

I can't get over his attempt to psychoanalyze me and my reasons for become a police officer. So hilariously wrong, but he probably really believes it.
