Great day! Most fun I've had in years. Worked a 2,500++ person festival. Largest single day chili fest in the US! And our chili was THE MOST POPULAR IN THE EVENT

Was our first year and we ran out after 20 gallons, because the rules said to bring 20 gallons, but you really need like 40 gallons because the last ones still holding the chili win the popularity vote. But man, we did SO GOOD. People just kept coming back. We built a freaking fanbase. Was awesome.

Next year we're doing 40 gallons + live band. Gunning for #1 for sure.

Also, working as the main line chef, scooping and sliding down chili tasters, while being in management charge of the entire production line WHILE KNOCKING BACK BEERS...utterly perfect. Had a really great time. Too bad the only pictures of me are with my eyes closed

How are the sleeves finished (working buttons etc)? They need to be brought up about an inch or so. Looks nice overall tho.
