Steam support is the worst. They never responded to a request for password recovery on one of my accounts. Another time, I forgot to uninstall the Crysis games before reinstalling my OS and so the DRM prevented me from using the games. Once again, they didn't respond when I asked for a new password. Direct2drive gets a lot of shit from gamers but they've always acted quickly whenever I needed something to be resolved.
