so what are odds of a Biden win and he coasts through a low-effort term just putting all of Obama's laws/rules/regs back on to undo everything the Trump administration has done in a similar manner? do we just pretend it never happened?
If the Dems get the trifecta, they probably come in with a more ambitious agenda than that but don't get much of it passed.
Assume no Republican votes for anything, one reconciliation bill a year as the only way to pass anything (until you convince the Senate to ditch the filibuster, which won't be immediate even if it happens) and a big chunk of time/energy/focus sunk into responding to the virus and its fallout, the usual slow pace of Congress, and a two year window before the GOP wins back the Senate and maybe the House in the midterms.
