Shit it seems like everyone I talk to A) is in a relationship with someone; and B) is a MySpace user. I don't have either.

Anyone else in the same boat? I just haven't been looking for a relationship, and I doubt it would happen if I tried. I'm basically just a loner. Living by myself is awesome, and the more time I spend here the more I loathe the inevitable arrival of renters.

I think the reason I attract bitchy girls is because I go for the short ones (shorter than me)...like fucken firecrackers. But thats another thread.

Are you concerned about it? Personally I just don't care anymore. If it happens, it happens. It's not an issue of me having huge standards - it's an issue of me not putting myself in a position where I can create a relationship. I just don't talk to chicks. Like today, I was in class and I got in line to pick up some paper the teacher was returning to us. So I get it, and turn around and bump into this chick. My elbow hit her hair, and she was like "ow!" and started laughing. I said "I'm sorry, my bad" and quickly rushed to my desk. In hindsight I could have used that as an opportunity to crack and joke and maybe talk to her. She laughed, so it's not like she was mad at me; she seemed open.

Life is long and full of surprises. Anticipating the twists your life will take at 18, 25, or yes, even 32 is ridiculous. There's a world out there of which "relationships" are an exceptionally small part, and most of you younger types simply want these "relationships" for a sense of social validation, anyway. Getting hung up on one aspect of living simply indicates a lack of perspective.

There's barely enough time to cram living into one day, and it only gets worse as you get older. The best things in life are almost never planned.

Don't get me wrong I wanted to but it would have been her 1st time and I think it could have been a little more special than going at it on the couch while V for Vendetta was playing on the TV and my bunnies watching us.

So I think she got the wrong idea or I hurt her feelings, since she will be moving back upstate in a few months anyway I don't want to make a big deal out of it. It was fun while it lasted though
