I am a bit more than halfway to 29!  Is there an area with mobs that are maybe a level or two higher than Charred Vale?

Also, ask me about my new blowjobs for better throwing knives trade in program.

Hillsbrad is peachy-keen at that level for sure, TVC. Ashenvale has some stuff on the eastern end of the zone that I thought was good for around that level too.

Anyway I think I'm just about done with my warrior until the next expansion. I have my pretty netherdrake, have enough gear to tank everything except Zul'Aman once I get the last bit of my Aldor/Cenarion/COT rep done (like one night of instance grinding and a gold dump on the AH for marks of sargeras), and don't have any intention getting near the shitfest that is 25-man dungeon raiding.

why on earth would you avoid STV on a PvE server? I mean, the place is a shitfest on PvP servers, but PvE? It's the best zone for that level range by far.

jut do the nesingwary kill quests then and the easy stuff out of booty bay. In the post 2.3 world, you can pick and choose which quests to do and avoid.

STV is the closest you get to TBC-quality questing in the old world outside of the two newbie zones and Mudsprocket.

Muradin economy :bow

I've got 47g already, and should have 60g+ by the end of the night. So I'm almost lv23 and already have more than half of my mount money. While I did get my mount almost immediately after getting to lv40 with Goinio, it took forever for me to finally start making gold with him. IIRC I sold lots of tin ore lol. But as a leatherworker/skinner I'm making BANK off light leather. I farmed like 60 in the Wailing Caverns a few days ago without breaking a sweat. :bow

I think Un'goro and the Hinterlands are the best questing spots outside of the TBC starting areas and 2.3 Duskwallow.  Maybe the Hinterlands are only awesome as horde, though.  I just got done with a ZF run on my hunter and it's the good life when you have a pally tank.  Consecration tanking = multishot every time it's up.

I am finding Thousand Needles a comfortable place to grind.  Slightly better XP, and less mob congestion than Charred Vale.  Just dinged 29.

I got on for a bit this morning and noticed FA was on. I told him I was going to take a shower and eat; I came back and he was still on. Then I signed out and cleaned up the house for about an hour, then got back on WoW to notice he was still on.

I'm going to check and see if he's on right now

I died a few times in Tarren Mill with triple pulls against mobs 2 levels above me...apparently, not even warlocks are invincible.

I backtracked to Ashenvale, which is boring but safer.

Thanks to the generosity of Forgotten Ancient (thanks, man!) we now have a GUILD BANK

Permissions are probably a bit wonky right now. I'm letting people take 5 items out a day and up to 1g per day in repairs. Of course, there's no items or money in the bank right now, so it's kind of academic.

There's a log, so don't be a dick!

you should be able to use the gold anvil at repair vendors to use that money to repair. nobody can really take cash out, at this point.

EDIT: okay, you have a 2g per day limit now, and you can either use it to repair or withdraw it straight. that's WAY more money that you could possibly know what to do with at your level.
