2. I offered to send money for the games but he constantly said,"No, wait till I'm in Puerto Rico. The money will be wtf after the dollar to yen rate"
3. Ichi comes home to Puerto Rico and he's like,"Hey Himu I'm back in PR. Can you send the money? I leave later this week."
4. Of course, I'm not sending the money if he leaves so soon. So we both agree I send it later.
5. Christmas season is up, I'm buying gifts for my parents and shit. Ichi comes out of the blue and is like,"Send my money. I'm broke and I'm starving and living in the streets and have no money this Christmas." but wtf, I just spend 200 dollars on my folks and family. Bad timing, bro.
6. We decide to use games as an exchange and Ichi decides to go for Disgaea, a game that is out of print, and Crush. I decided to search for them on my spring break in Houston and couldn't find them. I offered to send him my Crush and one of my P3 guides instead.
7. I told him I didn't want to cheap out and that I wanted to get him his damn games. I told him on mupepe.com that I will be looking all over Houston in May for them and send to him. Just for him.

And then he pulls this shit.

I can understand why he's pissed, but he has nothing but himself to blame.

Himu can't be blamed for this.  Everyone knows that black people are bad at money management.
