The drum things fails due to a lack of resistance. The fun with playing drums is in 1. making noise, 2. hitting stuff. It doesn't fly without both of those things.

What the f*ck? It just keeps getting worse. Just when I think they're going to show something cool...they show Wii Music.

Is it too much to ask for ONE new Nintendo IP created for the crowd that actually enjoys stuff like Zelda and Mario? An original game. No Mario, no Zelda, but something of that quality. They're never going to do something like that, are they? What about Retro? Where are they?

There hasn't been a single game that would appeal to those of us who actually enjoy more "hardcore" games.

I've seen Nintendo think that Pacman Vs. was a show ender.

I've seen them try to tell us that non-games was the future of the industry. (sadly, they're probably right about that)

I've seen them try to end a show with Wii Fit.

But this is fucking beyond the pale for lameness, even for Nintendo. Watching the horde convince themselves Nintendo had a good showing will be awesome.
