I got a kick out dropping the kid from Little Lamplight off at Big Town and how he was convincing himself how great that shithole was.  Hopefully he'll get to fuck that whore over there before he gets mutilated by a super mutant.



And my NPCs are dropping like flies and I haven't had anything to do with it.  Walter, the guy you sell your scrap metal to in Megaton, is now dead.  I went back to town and I searched all over the place but couldn't find the guy anywhere until I glanced over at the bomb and there he was - face down in the radiated water.  Son of a bitch.  So now Walter is dead, the bitch with the Regulators has run off, I've been witness to 2 of the caravan guys die from animal attacks, and the guy/wannabe boyfriend in the Nuka Cola Challenge quest got his head blown clean off by some Talon Company fuck wads.  Come on!

A few of the travelling merchants in my game are dead from super mutants in other parts of the zone. I also killed a guy by giving him too much Jet in rivet city

Did you pay to upgrade their inventory?  I wouldn't have minded that two of the guys died if I didn't already put down money to upgrade the weapon and item inventory.  I know the weapon dealer died 'cause I'm familiar with the way he looked but the other one was the merchant that was wearing a suit.  I'm not really sure what he was selling.

Huh.  I guess I forgot about that.  I just remember fast traveling there and he was talking about how there weren't any stores because grown ups don't like to shop and the walls around town were to keep all the kids out.

metro stations are easy once you have the ghoul mask- ghouls wont attack you and thats like 70% of whats in the tunnels. Plus once you get to the end of any point in the tunnel system once, you dont have to go through them to that point again, fast travel bitch.

tenpenny was killed before I could get the keys from him - I convinced him and the tenants to let the ghouls in peacefully, I leave for a week come back and all the normal people have been kicked out and the ghouls killed tenpenny. Wonder if the ghoul leader has the keys now.

How are the metros bad design? You only have to travel to any point once to fast travel to that point the rest of the game. Ive spent like 5% of my time in tunnels. God damn how bad at the game are you?

Haha. If you don't fast travel he makes up these stories by like combinign different soundfiles. So he'll go "Let's tell a story to pass the time! Once there was a [person or animal] named [name]. [name] did [action]. And you know what happened? [action]". I heard like 70 varities of this on our trip, hahaha.

Also I know about fast travel, but getting from GNR to the Washington Monument was fucking ridiculous because of all the metros.

I've been way too engulfed in Dead Space to enjoy this game.  When I beat Dead Space, I'ma restart completely with Fallout 3.

I could handle the semi-abandoned warehouses, scrapyards, school houses, etc. but there was something about going through some of those old vaults that was pretty unnerving.  I found myself switching on the radio just to break up the tension.

Tesla Armor *DROOL* - Plasma Rifle is just too good if you have your energy weapon skill up past 60, cause the armor boosts it another 10. Holy shit melting even Super Mutant Masters.

Stole my first set of Tesla Armor off a squad of Enclave dropped off to fight near the Citadel. Snipered them they took it all muhahah.

I dunno, 20-25, I had to finish it because WoW WotlK is out tomorrow. There were like 6 or 7 big sidequests I didnt do, but I did some of the harder ones. The game really sweeps you up in the final main missions. I did get 590 of the achievement points and hit level 20.

For power armor just find the citadel and have them train you, then you can use whatever you find.

Mud: Fission battery for Ridley's quest? Its on the same floor as the resturant, there's a ruined robot. They tell you that! Even the flaming sword I made from parts wasnt that hard. Most of the junk vendors sell the parts. Just fast travel between all the vendors and get what you can from them, before looking for locations that could have the part.

Why did you expect a journey through a post-apocalyptic wasteland to be easy?
