Nami vs Hodi would be better because she was weak when they fought Arlong. Her defeating Hodi, basically Arlong 2.0, and overcoming her past ties with the Arlong pirates would be a great read. Zoro vs Hodi has no story benefit.

I'm positive we will see Nami vs Hodi.

Seeing Nami, considered one of the weaker Strawhats, taking on a demon like that would show just how much the Strawhats have improved in the past two years.

Also, Usopp vs Decken.

Zoro will go against that venomous Octopus fishman. He ALWAYS goes against the swordsmen and ONLY the swordsmen.

it's totally luffy v. Decken. Luffy's gotta show how BAD AZZ he's become, and Decken's gonna get straight up slaughtered. Zoro'll go after Hodi, swordsman octopus will prevent him and they'll fight, Nami will rant and then fight Hodi seems a likely prediction

I like how both fights were extremely handicapped (no arms, underwater) and with those handicaps Luffy & Zorro went ahead and one-shotted the main villains of the arc. What a way to show how powerful these guys are now

Oda throws us for a loop once again. No way are those guys going to be the "final bosses" of this arc with a showdown like that. You can't overcome losing to a handicap like that and be a viable villain.

That`s why I think it will end up being `boss` Jimbie. He will have to fight for honours sake because the SH attacked people he considers under his protection. We will find this out when Nami talks to him.

beelzebub started out really strong, but really started to veer into yucky fanservice country with the current enlil arc. the call of duty 4 riffs failed the lol test. it's still a good manga, but it's hitting that WHERE DO WE GO NOW phase of most long-running shonen manga, and which one piece has avoided because oda is a god. it's still better than fairy tail, though!
