Finished Desperate Escape on Normal in 43:55. While it's shorter than Lost In Nightmares, it's a hell of a lot more action-packed; there are almost no lulls in the action and you will have Manjini coming at you left and right. I died several times (and Josh did a few times too) as it got pretty challenging in some parts. Can't wait to try it on Veteran and then Professional!
Although it doesn't have any real new enemies, it was a hell of a lot more satisfying to play through than Lost In Nightmares was, and also feels like the more replayable game of the two scenarios.
It also has new cut scenes and better production values than Lost In Nightmares. The game does a good job in filling in the gaps of Josh and Jill's whereabouts before the end of the main RE5 campaign, plus answers the question of what the industrial area looks like around the tanker that we didn't get to see during Chris and Sheva's adventure.
The end of this campaign is completely insane.
spoiler (click to show/hide)
You are on a large rooftop area, with a small building and some other areas to run to/hide in, and you have to survive wave after wave of enemies, including chainsaw and gattling gun mini-bosses until a five minute timer runs out.
Total rush!
I haven't tried out the other versions of Chris and Sheva, or Josh yet, but Rebecca kicks so much ass in Mercs Reunion.
