The only way that would work is if you say "This is my stop", walk a bit aways, put some change in a drink, and then sit down at a another table while saying out loud "Does this bus go downtown?". Added points if you walk backwards the entire time.

I just sent an e-mail to a girl, and I noticed some time afterwards that it had an Arvie-esque typo in it (I usually proofread these things!). If it wasn't for the fact that it would just come off as awkward, I'd e-mail her an accompanying message that forewarned her about the typo and blamed it on my stupid roommate Arvie, who messed up the public area PC's spellcheck with by modifying it.
