What’s horizon 4 going for?

I saw they had shadow of womb raider up for $30.

Standard is $38, physical will be cheaper on BF but the windows store version is crossplay so a much better deal IMO.

So far I have held strong on Black Friday stuff, even though I currently have $400 in Microsoft gift card credit on my xbox.

Well, probably more like $375 since I bought the Fortnite battle pass for my kid so she could get some fortskins.

Got my dad a Spiderman PS4 for $200 from Gamestop (ick!), it was the only place left with them in stock tho.

Dad's gonna get Yakuza 0 and RDR2 and is gonna lose his mind. He has +300 hours in Skyrim on his ancient PC and has been itching for some open world games like his previous GOAT, Shenmue  :-*

1070 for $279 seems like a good deal considering the performance of the new cards and their prices.

Man, that is my price!

Damn, looks like it sold out on Amazon since it's back to $40. Eh, I'd rather have it digital anyhow so I can just play some whenever. Will wait for a digital sale.

Fist of the North Star Yakuza PS4 = $20

I never got the import since it'd just go to my backlog and it's still like $40 on sales, so $20 dual-audio US version it is!

Also, all the SNK games are $5.99 on PSN store. Picked up Samurai Showdown V Special.

Bunch of 3DS games are $15 off at Target right now, including titles in the 'select' series which brings them down to $5. Everything at the location I was just in looked to be part of the deal but not every physical game online is and no downloads appear to be having taken a look at their site.

MS is doing a better deal than usual on Game Pass starting tomorrow: $1 for 3 months for new subs

https://twitter.com/Wario64/status/1115119201914515457

There's also a deal running at Amazon for "Buy 3 months, get 3 months free" on Game Pass: https://www.amazon.com/Xbox-Game-Pass-Membership-Digital/dp/B07HRDSTZ4?tag=-10-15-20

So if you've never had Game Pass you can get 9 months for $31, pretty damn good deal.

Yeah there doesn't seem to be much for PC Game Pass. This is what they have listed for "Play Anywhere" right now and it's not very impressive lol.

If those rumors about Xbox One games on Windows end up being true that would change things, but with this being the selection right now it doesn't seem worth it for PC only.

Also the wording sorta makes it sound like the 3 months for $1 applies to everyone, not just first time subscribers

Quote
3 Months for $1: Promotional discounts not available in Quebec or Russia. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Limit 1 offer per account. Offer valid from 4/11/2019 9:00 PM PDT though 5/12/2019 11:59 PDT. After promotional period, subscription continues to be charged at the then-current regular quarterly price (subject to change), unless cancelled. Plus applicable taxes. Credit card required.

they did some post launch tweaking of the VC this year for a change, it's mostly fine if you're more or less doing it "offline" by just playing the myplayer games (and/or a franchise, or the daily free VC on the app), it's the myteam and all the other online stuff that's still fucked up and buried in piles of shit

also the badges matter and activate way more this year and those just level up through gameplay so you're never really grinding too much until after you're already a starter, which I personally think is fine enough, I didn't like in the past when they fast tracked you to a 40 mpg starter after like four games no matter how shit you played and despite the fact you're still rated like 63 because not enough VC :lol

Was just at Walmart and basically all games are $50 or less right now. Even Nintendo published switch games. There were some roll back signs but it almost seems like a new pricing strategy the way it was done.

Ubisoft started their own gamepass thing on pc(no idea about consoles) . In the future it will be 15 bucks per month but this September it's gonna be free. Only this month, it's not gonna have a free trial after that.

Lol at the subscription price but nice if you wanna catch up on some recent ass creed or so.

The only thing I've seen so far that I'm considering is Telltale Batman's on Steam for six bucks. Feels like most everything on sale every other month anyway these days. Some of the stuff I have on my "at somepoint, if super cheap" list is like one dollar cheaper this time than it was a few weeks ago for some other sale. :lol

I have grabbed a few things, but there really isn't much that seems to be a fantastic price. Only thing kind of waiting on is a switch B2G1 (which is unlikely). A lot of sales are same stuff/prices as last year.

I mean it's good as will come up spending less than last year, but thinking on it I just bought too much shit this year.   :lol

Unless it's the publisher themselves you are buying from, the seller doesn't have an unlimited amount of keys. Even junvæebundle used to have that happen sometime, so a game or two would disappear from the bundle after a few days, as they ran out, sometimes having to pull bundles.

If you live near a Family Dollar, they are selling 3 month XBL for $10 ($24.99 value)

It's not a labeled deal so you should ask them to scan it first.

It converts to 2 months GPU

The clerk was quite surprised when I came up with 10 cards. A couple people in line went back and got a card for themselves too lol
