The PS3 version runs well in RPCS3. There's even a 60fps patch, but apparently it's glitchy.

Godzilla goes for $150-$200.
Shantae Risky's Revenge goes for $100 used and $150+ new.
Shadow Warrior 2 sells for $130 new.
Rez Infinite is $80-$90.

There's plenty more- I sold Enter The Gungeon (with Ammo guidebook) for $270 last year.  I paid $70 for it.

The leak comes from an unnamed insider who shared information about a Bloodborne PC port in a private group. The leaker claims to have sources in the industry that they have known for years, and they fully trust them when it comes to this potential port. According to the leaker, Bloodborne is currently in development for PC. Even though the game is reportedly in active development, the leaker claims it could take anywhere from 10 months to a year to be officially announced. The leaker also says more PlayStation games will make their way to PC, stating that Horizon Zero Dawn will not be the last Sony game to come to the platform.

The original Dreamcast used Windows CE. If I'm going to make a balls out guess, Microsoft and Sega are going to manufacture Dreamcasts that can read discs, but will use modern hardware and top notch emulation software to emulate Dreamcast games at 4K, ray tracing, and improved framerates.

Online will be fully functional. Sega and Microsoft worked together on design and planning, Microsoft will foot the bill for manufacturing. Most if not all Dreamcast's library will be available digitally on a new store app, on the console.

Extra bonus, Game Pass owners get Dreamcast games as part of the service.
