Well TvC did have a MvC feel, though more of the first game(and had glitches from the second game  ) so if there is a team that could do it i would say them.

Plus the SFIV team is more likely busy with SSFIV

Hopefully they can kick it up to MvC2's feel of utter chaos.

Stylistically similar yes, but there's a lot more detail going on in Ryu's model in MvC3 than in the lower poly TvC.

Er...TvC (UAS) is awesome and feels very much like a 2D Vs. game done right in 3D.  I'll have no problem if MvC3 ends up playing exactly like UAS but with three-man teams and RE5/LP2-caliber graphics.  Sounds good to me!  Just hope that there are no huge game-changing characters like Gold Lightan and PT-X in there.

I think TvC is a bit too slow.  It works as its own game, but I'd prefer that MvC3 repeat the lightning speed and chaos of MvC2. 

I don't see it happening, though.  Considering TVC to be a spiritual successor to MvC, we seem to be working on a trend where the 3D transition of a 2D fighter is inherently MUCH slower than its predecessors.
