Jung was a Protestant and was meant to save psychoanalysis from becoming "the Jew science". Then he turned on Freud and postulated a more sterilized and palatable version of his theories. You can find his name in the bibliography of most New Agey spiritual books that have been published in the past 50 years.

Man, you know that feeling when you sorta have to poop but not really? Well it's 3AM and I'm trying to decide whether to take the dump or just go to bed. I feel some pressure down there, perhaps enough to justify taking the dump...but pooping is a hassle at night

When you have one solid turd acting like a cork on a wine bottle holding back liquid diarrhea. This usually occurs after a night of drinking alcohol. Especially wine.
I had a bad case of the wine bottle shits this morning. I sat down on the toilet and passed a single solid turd. After that it was nothing but diarrhea.

That also happens when I eat a lot of tabasco sauce with something. Like Sunday morning I had kolaches and put a ton of tabasco sauce on each one. But Sunday night I had to go and I pushed the cork popped but after that it was like draining a pool. It felt amazing.

So two years ago I tried to implement a convexhull algorithm in c++. After about a week of trying, I still had one minor bug in it, but ended up giving up. Today I implemented it from scratch in about 2 hours with a half hour break to listen to I'm Sorry I'll Read That Again while eating popcorn. It's feels awesome to see how much I have improved in just two years.

I got a new job with Home Depot! Unfortunately it's only a 120 day seasonal position as a cashier but supposedly 80% of their seasonal employees are allowed to get on as part-time. I've gotta go in tomorrow to fill out some paperwork and then I have orientation on Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM at the Lancaster store. WOOHOO!

I even got a call from Big Lots to see about scheduling an interview. Time to see who pays more and whether or not the position is seasonal or permanent at Big Lots!

My car's "check engine" light came on last Friday, so I have been limiting my travels until I could get it looked at today. Checked Yelp for the nearest well-rated repair place and dropped it off this morning. Walked to a Starbucks and have been using their wifi for an hour. I'll be spending most of today at a mall, entertaining myself. Sitting in food courts, reading and drawing; it feels like I am back in America, but it also feels like high school.

Go to Autozone first. Get the code read and find out what's wrong. Then take it to a repair place. That way you know if they're BS'ing you or not. Or it could be something so incredibly easy you can do yourself. Like a spark plug misfiring.

I ignore the idiot lights in my car as long as my maintenance items (oil, coolant, etc) are all fine and I don't feel it driving any differently. If something is seriously wrong you'll feel it before the idiot lights point it out. Most times it's something like an odd misfire that requires you to do nothing and will clear after 50 miles or so. But by that point you've probably already taken it in to the shop and paid a few hundred bucks for something that was never an issue to begin with. Hell, a loose gas cap will set off most Check Engine lights.
