Started working on my feminine voice through lessons. It is fun so far. My favorite exercise for voice prep so far is the one where you tighten your hands together like you're trying to pull them a part then open your jaw and say,"aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh" pull the hands close to your throat, and repeatedly bring them back and forth REALLY fast, like you're using one of those shake weights to make your jaws jerk and vibrate. It's fun as fuck.

Do the hormone treatments help, or is it a vocal thing? or 50/50?

after being in physical therapy since the 9th, when I couldn't even bend my pinkie at all, had no grip strength whatsoever let alone be able to wrap my hands around a remote - it looks like I'm gonna be OK.  Had to fight like a mother to get my hand back, had to put myself through A LOT of pain everyday.  One month ago my wrist couldn't support the weight of my hand and couldn't bend any of my fingers at all.  The Orthopedic I've got told me I came as close as you'd ever want to to having a paperweight for a hand for the rest of my life.  Honestly I might have opted out of life if that was the case, I know a lot of people are in worse situations than that but every man has his line in the sand I guess...not going to take anything I do from now on for granted ever again, it's a played out saying but it really is true that you don't know what you have until you don't anymore.

Yeah that area sucks to break. Last year the bone in one of my middle fingers got split down the middle after I fucked up cutting down a tree and it seems I'm never going to be able to bend that finger properly again. Small potatoes compared to what you're going through though, no doubt.

CALLING ON THE INTERNET MORALITY COMPASS

Okay here's the situation, I have a cat, he has made some pretty bad claw marks on some walls and things. I'm not supposed to have a cat, but the old management literally never checked on anything so we've been getting away with it for literal years. The place recently got sold and the new management is coming in in a couple weeks to check for maintenance issues and "lease compliance"

Should I:

Just get the cat out of the house and try to mask any damage, try to erase his existence crime scene style?

-OR-

Pre-emptively email them, explain the situation, offer to pay pet deposit and hope they're understanding about it and don't evict us or someshit

how bad? if it's just the walls you can probably hide the damage. deep gouges in window sills and laminated wood are a little trickier. They do have wood/paint fillers out there but it can usually be spotted pretty easily if they are really looking closely. last place we moved out of ran a blacklight over the carpet 

tldr you can always try to tidy it up first. never hurts.

As for the cat, put it in a kennel and keep it at a friends house the day they come over.

It's really easy to do.  The hardest part is making sure the paint color matches up.
