Was out with a friend from my old company; we ended up drinking for four hours. Only six drinks, but I was pretty destroyed this morning, during which I spent nearly two hours doing bilingual tech support over Skype for technologically incapable friends, who were sitting together, one doesn't speak Japanese and the other doesn't speak English. Between yesterday's session with them, and today's session, they had some IT guy fixing the situation for them, but couldn't tell me what had changed, or how they'd fixed it, and the IT's "fix" resulted in my map for the fix not resembling their current environment at all.
