I mean, it's kinda up to you. Getting innoculated doesn't make you impervious to all strains of the flu, but it could drastically reduce symptoms if you do pick it up. I personally don't get innoculated but I'm very careful with hand washing / face touching / hand shaking / door knobs / etc.

At this point it's on you. I may be stepping out of bounds, but I get the impression you stay with someone like that because you don't think you can find anyone else. That's no excuse to let some mentally unstable pos abuse you. You have disposable income, cut ties and focus on yourself. Whether that's losing weight or something else, you can do anything you work hard at.

I guarantee you'll be better off without her baggage.

I don't think she had the intention to be this harmful towards me. She had no idea I'd be facing these type of challenges. It's really just one huge fucking disaster. If my credit card worked I would just stay somewhere else and give her time away from me. I'm not insensitive to the fact that this has been caused by the events of this week. She's not mentally healthy already and to have to deal with the stresses of this week I'm surprised we both survived. I'm realizing that my life is very fragile and I don't have a good support system. It's what happens next that dictates where I'll end up. I'm glad I was done working before all this shit happened. I got a blanket from target and some hand warmers so I should be able to last the night.

I guess I've never gotten in a severe fight with my wife because I've never so much as slept on the couch, let alone outside the house. The former is lame, the latter says 'time to go our separate ways'.

I know it's not really her that's in control but her mental issues. It's hard to have to deal with, and I know she is better than this. I talked to someone today at a mental health emergency clinic. They agreed that she most likely has shut down emotionally and will need help when she is ready. They called her and reached out so she knows there are others besides my self that want to help her through this. I was told that if she doesn't make contact with anyone in a few days that I should call the police for a welfare check. That might accelerate her getting some care to help her. We've had our fair share of problems, but nothing like this. I know this isn't the person I love right now and it hurts a lot knowing there's little I can do about it. She's better than this and by her not fighting and just giving in to ot, I worry about the future of my relationship.

The problem is this isn't a thing that happens all the time. There are weeks and months that have gone by without incident. But if something triggers her it gets really bad really quick. It would help if she wasn't so against seeing someone to get the help she needs. I know I can't save her from herself. I've also learned to leave so I'm not a target for her to come at. It's unfortunate that the events that happened were so devastating to her already f fragile mental condition. It takes a strong person to go through what we've done this week and not let it affect you and your life. I care about myself, if I didn't I would of been crazy long ago. I went and saught out help for myself too.

Honestly, it sounds like she just enjoys hurting you. Hitting you and throwing you out and then going on with her regular day-to-day even when she knows that you and the mental health counselor are trying to reach out to her. It doesn't sound like you can really rely on her to give you help and support through life, and maybe ultimately when she does something truly unforgivable you'll suddenly realize that but as it is right now, the relationship you're describing doesn't sound like she's a person who's in love with you.

I'm sorry and I'm not trying to judge you, but it just sounds like trying to continue a relationship with a person like this is impossible.

Not to ignore any of your guys posts, I truly am appreciative all of the suppor t you guys have given me in the past and now. Things went down last night. She barricaded the door, turned on all the lights, and has had music blasting away since I came by. I was able to get my keys so I've got transportation now. I called to have a peace officer show up as she is completely unstable. I'm going to the office to have them assist so we don't damage the property. I told myself enough was enough, being out in the cold for no damn good reason before Xmas ain't no way to live. I'm waiting to go back over there thankfully Starbucks staff have been nice enough to feed me and give me warm drinks.
