Trans people face a substantially higher risk of mortal danger simply over their existence as a transsexual. I have other friends who are very protective of that aspect of their lives, solely for that reason.

When I got moved to my new office I did this.  The bathrooms here are terrible.  This is the only leased facility I have ever been to under our company and I realized how much I took our owned offices for granted.  They clean these damn bathrooms once a day at like 9am.  So by 11 or noon (definitely after lunch though) you don't want to go in there.  And it's dimly lit which just feels gross.  I can't wait til I moved back to an owned office building in September
