I'm sure I've mentioned how much I hate going to Costco.  Every fucking time:
-Can't find parking because the (huge) lot is always full, seven days a week, no matter when you go
-"Traffic jams" in the aisles because people stop short to grab samples
-Did I say "grab?"  I meant LUNGE.  People were almost fighting to get a sample of some fucking cake
-Long lines at the checkout
-More lines as you wait for the Costco
gestapopolice to check your receipt on the way out.
Thought I had it made when I got in a self-checkout line with only two people ahead, both with 1-2 items each.  Unfortunately, the kids in front of me held the line up because they were too stupid to use the check-out and didn't know that they had to swipe their membership card first.

I'm searching for an apartment to buy.  A 2 bd/2 ba 1200 square foot apartment in my area goes for $225,000, which I thought was steep until I saw Manhattan where they go for $2 million or San Francisco where they go for $1.5 million.  I guess $225k isn't so bad

Yeah, I found a 2.5 bed/2 bath 1500 square foot condo for $149,000 two years ago and jumped right on it...and the estimated value is already up like $30,000 because the area its in is being built up and growing.  Fucking insane, man.  I think we are going to need a bigger place because my wife finally wants to start a family, but I have no idea what the hell we're gonna be able to afford in this area since prices only seem to be climbing.  Figure it will be at least another 3-5 years before I have to worry about it, though.
