I never got into the song or the quotes, or any of that shit from Portal or Portal 2. Nor do the Half Life connections or random shit scrawled on a wall somewhere in the game move me or fascinate me. I like both games game but all the over-analysis of the game just struck me as nerds being nerds. The game never effected me in that way. I just thought they were good games.
