I can only speak for myself but if somebody is an annoying idiot here they tend to be called out on it. But I'm not going to attack somebody here just because they are an idiot over there on GAF. 1. No one holds grudges here except a select few, and most don't care unless you stink up the place. Why give a rats ass about someone's past posting history if they just join the bore? Sounds to me like some people just need to unfuck themselves.
