this is her right? Eh she's cool but not creepable

I've never seen someone look so uncomfortable in my life.
Here's my take (I'm an expert): Chick flirts with guys at a meetup, but she thinks she's just "being nice." One guy falls for it. Exchange of phone numbers. He texts her, hoping she'll bite. She responds in a friendly manner, but not nearly as often as he texts her. To him, this means she must be tired/busy and he should continue to keep her on the line (that she was never on to begin with). To her, it's cute and flattering at first and then she gets annoyed and creeped out as it goes on. She continues to be creeped out as he continues to pursue this elusive creature. Situation eventually detonates.
She obviously knew he was interested but never really flat out turned him down until he called her out. If she wasn't interested, she should've sucked it up, grew a pair, and told him. If she couldn't grow a pair, then she could've at least dropped hints about being interested in EL instead. Or friendzoned him completely, i.e. "you're such a good friend." Anything else really, and he would've reluctantly gotten the hint. Instead she continued to respond in a vague yet friendly manner that any chubby virgin would mistake as high relationship probability.
Of course, this is just going on the known "facts" (lol). From what was presented, it is a classic case of cute-girl-chubby-guy rather than stalker material. She thinks he's a nice, friend-type who wouldn't dare hit on her, and he thinks he has a chance and jumped the gun on their nonexistent status. lulz all around.
