I mean, gaf is a huge ass forum these days with THOUSANDS of users on at any given time. Why do you care if someone makes an alt account? Back when it was smaller, sure, it makes sense to have a no alt policy. But now? Who cares.

Well I guess I should be happy that someone recognized me like that. I guess that's cool.

Being away from gaf has basicly freed up a lot of time so there's that postive. But it still sucks to be banned. Either way i guess its time to let go, but not before committing forum suicide with my last alt account. Fuck Kagari though.

Big forum I modded had a no alt policy, reasoning is really simple - if someone was permabanned they were that kind to use up all their goodwill and continued to shitpost way past our warnings(duh) so we just eliminated them as they signed up again. Our rules were way, way, way more lax than GAF though so if you were permed you probably posted gore, scat or some outrageously gross internet thing. I can see your reasoning though, a permed member is hardly going to be more than a drop in an ocean of shit and piss, if fact they would probably be *better* members overall because they know the stakes.
