I was trying to get her to just go after them and get what was owed to her but she actually went out and bought a standard edition of the game on top of that and let her other purchase go to waste just because that company had total garbage for customer service. The GAF GW2 thread suffers from a lot of dumb criticism and a lot of rabid fanboyism with little to have in between.

That would probably describe most of GAF though. People bring up that SA has better gaming discussions. One reason is that SA doesn't suffer a fool. GAF doesn't just suffer fools, it sponsors them.
