Oh, and as regards Halo. Halo 1 was pretty good, Halo 2 was decent enough, Halo 3 was pretty boring, I never bothered with anything after. I thought the guy on Conan explaining the story of Halo 4 was hilarious though.

A bunch of friends and I played giant Halo matches through Gamespy all the time. We got so good that we would go through Legendary without breaking a sweat just to make sure our skills were finely tuned for the next multiplayer match.

I'm not sure if each one is worse than the other; I'm not establishing canon here. I just found each Halo game after the first to be more boring and unimaginative than the last. It reached its low point in Reach to where I could barely stay awake, let alone engaged in the gameplay. Maybe Halo 4 is better but the series has burned through its goodwill by me at this point.

I have amazing memories of Halo 1, with split screen MP being some of the best gaming fun I've ever had.

2 was very fun, but online MP really turned me off on playing since I would always get raped no matter who I played

3 was zzzzz

never played ODST

LOVED Reach and its MP. Best single player of the series

Halo 1 MP was great, but I was never able to do more then 4 player split screen. Halo 2 was the first real online fps for me and well it was amazing. I don't think anything has come close to that. I mean I had an online crew(of people I meet online only) and everything. It was just great fun.

Dual wielding broke Halo 2, and was still kind of annoying in 3.

Hao1 had ridiculous weapon balancing issues (shotty & pistol). Reach didn't push the envelope much but felt the best as far as game play balance. The armor abilities were nice but didn't feel like they got in the way of the shooting.

I only played a couple rounds of H4 so can't say much about that.

I kind of liked Killzone 2 for some reason. I never really had a problem with the aiming and shooting honestly.

Killzone 3 has the best ending though.

Halo CE did have MP on PC, and that was pretty entertaining, albeit incredibly unbalanced. I mean, the pistol was good on Xbox, but with a mouse? Holy shit.

I'm going through Back To Nature on PSN and it is godly. The original was absolute god-tier as a child but I tried replaying it as an adult and it is too simple
