Take heart from the Texans example- last year their defense was ATROCIOUS but they got a quality coordinator who could get the best out of the personnel he had and got a couple of decent guys and all of a sudden they're a top tier defense. It can happen quick.

Just wish my Falcons would pay attention to their defense.

FOX Sports' Jay Glazer reports that the Broncos do plan to use Brady Quinn on third downs in Sunday's Wild Card game against the Steelers.
It's unclear whether Quinn will play in all third-and-long situations to open the game, or whether he'll only play in some packages. Per Glazer, the Broncos would bench Tebow outright if he "completely struggles." Either way, it's pretty clear Tebow is going to have to start Sunday's game hot from a passing-game standpoint in order to last four quarters. Not only that, Fox is calling plays for him and not forcing bad situations. That first drive (two bad runs then a tough third down pass) is basically what the Broncos have been doing over the last three games, and it's not working. Gotta let Tebow make some easy throws. He's going to hit some big throw plays simply because safeties play so close to the d-line against him
