Well, early jitters aside [which were solved by nothing more than the latest NIVIDIA drivers], Rage is really good! I was ready to swear off id, John Carmack, and PC gaming forever last night, but it's all good now that I'm actually getting to play the game. Overall, I think Rage is a case of "big picture" rather than the little details. Meaning, if you really look close there are some things that aren't so hot [individual textures, the texture pop-in, the feel of the guns, the way the vehicles control, ect.], but the overall package works. So, from my 1.5 hours of play, I'm happy with the delivered product.
