The ps4 footage didn't count?If you already have a good PC, next gen looks like much ado about nothing with a heaping side of anti-consumerism. There better be some killer console exclusive games on these systems.

MS proved with Windows 8 that they're willing to throw their longtime existing customers under the bus in search of new and greater profit. The next Xbox will probably follow that philosophy, esp. considering that both the PC desktop and console market are shrinking.

Everything. I went from vista to 8. 8 is 7 with its own separate start screen. Boo hoo. Ms have alienated every windows user by doing this.

I don't hate Windows 8, but I do agree that many of the changes to the GUI are downright stupid to use on a desktop PC. For tablets with touchscreens they make more sense.
