That first inning was terrible, but the other 4 and 2/3 were pretty solid. He definitely turned things around after a bad start, so that's certainly a positive from the whole thing. And he gets the win anyway.

Jesus, we got out to a 3-0 lead and I felt pretty good, went to the kitchen to make some food and by the time I got back we had imploded. Can't really say anything positive about this team right now, other than that I guess we have some good bullpen guys who we aren't going to get to use a lot this year due to not having many (any?) leads late in games.

Can't wait to see Darvish pitch again this afternoon. All of the Ranger starters have been great besides him. Maybe it was just the jitters, we'll see.

Darvish has looked pretty good through 5 inning. A little bit shaky still with 7 hits and 3 walks, but he's also struck out 4 and only allowed one run [which was unearned].

Edit: Not a very good sixth, though. 2 hits, 1 run, 1 hit-by-pitch, 1 walk, and he only managed to get 2 outs before being relieved. Still, he had an improved performance overall, so that's definitely a good sign.
